The Role
Optima Partners is a forward-thinking professional services firm on an exciting growth trajectory. As we expand from 50 to 200 employees over the next two years, we are strengthening our team and are now looking for Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Supply Chain specialists. In these roles, you'll play a pivotal part in helping companies revolutionise their enterprise asset management capabilities and content supply chains. You'll be at the forefront of guiding organisations through the intricacies of content and asset management, focusing on critical areas such as workflow optimisation, DAM, content operations, and content engineering.
Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining processes, ensuring seamless collaboration, and maximising the value of content assets throughout their lifecycle. You will help clients navigate their DAM implementations and infrastructures, architect scalable DAM systems, design efficient content workflows, and spearhead the integration of emerging technologies like Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). These innovative tools leverage AI and machine learning to automate content creation, curation, and distribution, empowering organizations to enhance content velocity and quality while reducing manual effort and costs.
Whether it's architecting a scalable DAM system, designing efficient asset workflows, or integrating AI-driven content generation tools, you'll be the driving force behind transformative change. Furthermore, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering strategic insights and recommendations to unlock untapped opportunities in the content supply chain. By aligning technology investments with business objectives, you'll help clients achieve greater agility, competitiveness, and customer engagement in today's fast-paced digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead/support design, strategy, and transformation projects within multi-disciplinary consulting engagements.
- Provide project leadership to team members and client stakeholders.
- Develop, test, and evolve new design methodologies to differentiate us in the market.
- Actively manage client relationships, ensuring promises are met and building sustainable partnerships.
- Identify and realise opportunities to deepen engagement with existing clients and identify new growth opportunities.
- Support Optima in establishing and scaling the business through thought leadership.
- Craft compelling deliverables that produce tangible outcomes and benefits.
- Master the art of storytelling to resonate with clients and prospects.
- Constantly challenge conventional thinking to explore problems in new ways.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in the DAM Industry: Deep understanding of the DAM landscape, trends, and best practices. Knowledge of the future direction of asset management and content operations as key enablers for customer engagement and personalisation strategies.
- Content Strategy & Operations: Experience in content lifecycle management, including strategy, operations, and engineering. Ability to challenge and support content transformations in complex organisations.
- Technology Expertise: Experience evaluating, solutioning, configuring, and implementing DAM and content management platforms such as Adobe Assets, Bynder, Aprimo, Opentext, Workfront, and Monday.com.
- Business Case Development: Proven ability to build business cases to support the introduction of DAM capabilities, conducting needs assessments, gap analyses, vendor evaluations, and RFP processes.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Experience working in regulated industries with knowledge of compliance and security requirements for DAM solutions.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Sharp analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving. Ability to translate business challenges into solution design options.
- Leadership & Communication: Confident, engaging, and natural communicator with experience working in high-pressure environments within high-performing teams.

Our Team
As a member of the Design & Transformation team, you’ll work in a multidisciplinary environment to build, embed, and grow our design capability, methodologies, propositions, and IP. This includes supporting business growth and ensuring we're equipped to address both current and future client needs. You will collaborate across our consulting, technology, and data science teams; you'll advocate for design-led methodologies, helping identify opportunities where design can drive transformation and improve business outcomes.
